
Farggi began back in 1957 thanks to the drive and determination of Jesús Farga, current company president and founder. After having completed his pastry training in Lleida, he moved to Barcelona to dedicate himself to the food business, motivated by his enthusiasm, creativity and perfection. As a result of his curiosity and obsession for quality, he opened his first establishment in Barcelona, which became a benchmark in the world of select pastries. He then began to create a parallel business, serving his pastry products and ice creams to top-quality restaurants. Thanks to his customers’ rapid response, he fully and completely dedicated himself to the wholesale pastry and ice cream business under the name Farggi.
