Our support for you

At Insomnia we go to great lengths to make sure you have the support and backing you require to get your business off the ground.

We feel we have a responsibility to give our franchisees the support, advice and skills they need to be a success.

We have a strong team loaded with experience and expertise and will strive to ensure you can replicate the proven success of the Insomnia Coffee business model within your own franchised store.

You'll receive:

• Initial and ongoing support in the form of store design and store development
• A six-week training programme prior to the opening of your store
• Marketing and innovation
• Store operational manuals and performance measurement and quarterly business consultation
• Location, location, location

It's crucial to find the right location for your store and we like potential franchisees to help us find the perfect site for them and for us.

Your site should:

• Have a proven high footfall
• Have potential to trade over seven days
• Be a minimum of 150 sq. metres
• Insomnia will assess the suitability of your proposed site as part of our franchisee recruitment process. Our approval is necessary to go forward with the location.
